In September 2011, yuMobile started rolling out its new look Relationship Centres across the country with the first being opened at the headquarters at Essar House. This is part of yuMobile’s expansion plan intended to serve its rapidly growing number of subscribers countrywide.
The centres provide a range of customer care services including:
- General customer care
- yuCash transactions (withdrawals and deposits)
- SIM replacement and registration
- yuMobile internet/data settings
- Postpaid activation
- Bill payments
- Selling of prepaid lines, airtime, modems and handset sales
- Free phone charging
- Mobile number portability
- Black Berry Services
- Free phone charging
- Free Browsing
