The Amua tariff is a simple tariff that delivers a 40% saving to the customer.

When on AMUA the subscriber is free to to call any network within Kenya and not worry about which network the other callers are on. On this tariff yu continues to have the most competitive SMS rate as well. The tariff does not change whether the subscriber is making a call at night or during the day, irrespective of where they are and it is a flat rate!

To migrate to this tariff, simply send an SMS with the word amua to 145 and you will receive a request confirmation message. (Please allow upto 24 hours for migration to be carried out)

Terms and Conditions

1. 4Ksh charged on first minute of yu to yu call
2. The tariff will be billed per second on all voice calls and per message on sms.
3. The amua tariff will have no daily access fees nor attract any monthly fee.
4. The amua tariff will have no distinction between off peak and peak hours periods.
5. Subscribers will access customer care via 100.
6. Balance enquiry via USSD will be free.
7. The amua tariff will be open to both existing and new customers.
8. Subscribers will be allowed one free migration to the amua tariff class.
9. Once subscribers migrate onto the amua tariff ,they can only migrate after a month.
10. Migration from the amua tariff will cost a 20ksh fee.
11. International call access will be default as per the set rate in the system.
