Note that our terms and conditions shall apply to all SIM Cards issued to Essar Telecom Kenya Limited’s customers. If any irregular call forwarding activities are detected on any SIM card, Essar Telecom Kenya Limited shall be entitled to take any action it deems fit to deter and/or bring to a stop such practices.
